Slik PRO CF-934 Carbon Fiber Legs are the 4-section version of the 930 series. The benefit of a fourth leg section is that the closed length of the tripod (23.2") is about 6 inches shorter than the 3-section model so it can fit into smaller luggage for traveling. However, this does make the tripod a bit more susceptible to vibration. With a maximum height of 73.8" with the center column fully extended, 61" with the center column retracted, and a minimum operational height of 9.8", you can have your camera or spotting scope just about anywhere you want. The twist leg locks are not an issue because the leg sections do not rotate, allowing you to lock or unlock all three locks at the same time.
